[inZoxi] - License

Unless otherwise specified, this document covers all products supplied through Second Life as well as products aimed at other platforms.

"inZoxi"; The rights owner

"End user","Client"; The license holder

"Linden Labs", "LL"; https://www.lindenlab.com/

"Second Life", "SL", "Secondlife"; the platform of which most given licenses are typically valid.

Note that exceptions do exist to certain rules, please read all documentation that comes with each product.

LICENSE

inZoxi, and by extension the partners involved in the creation of this product(s), retain full rights to works you have purchased. 

The end user (you) is given a license to use the product within the platform of specification and nowhere else,. Although this list is not exhaustive; virtual platforms other than Linden Labs' Second Life, 3D printing, reselling in/on marketplaces is strictly prohibited. 

Do not download textures, models or other resources included with the product to a drive where editing outside of Second Life is not clearly intended - you risk disqualifying your license and subsequently access to future updates and products.

inZoxi may seek legal action against theft of its own content or possibly aid in legal takedowns of stolen client work.

Copy:

 'Copy' refers to the act of replicating an object inworld using inworld build tools, such as holding an axis arrow, holding shift and dragging in any direction.

'Copy' also refers to the idea you have an unlimited amount of the product you are able to 'rez' from your inventory; drag from your inventory window to the ground.

Modify:

'Modify' refers to the act of using any of the SL build tools to change colour, texture etc of an object with resources from the SL asset service. This is not exhaustive list of the build tools functionality.

NO TRANSFER:

You are prohibited, in all forms, to transfer this object.

You cannot:

- Transfer between alternate accounts (your license is bound to a single account, which is the one it was purchased with).

- Transfer between friends/family/coworkers etc.

- Sell any or all of product, in any capacity, ever.

LOSS OF ACCESS TO A LICENSE THROUGH ACCOUNT LOSS:

inZoxi licenses on SL are non-transferrable, for example we will not give a purchased license for Account 1 to Account 2 - you will need to re-purchase your items if you wish to continue using them.

USE OF CONTENT FOR OTHER VIRTUAL WORLDS AND/OR MARKETPLACES

Permission, unless otherwise stated or precisely conversed, to use inZoxi content in other virtual worlds is completely prohibited.
